The Reality of Stage Preparation

When you step on stage, there is nowhere to hide. Judges look for symmetry, proportion, and conditioning that can only be achieved through months of obsessive focus. This is not about general fitness; it is about managing your body's response to extreme stress and strict nutrition protocols.

What My Competition Prep Includes

  • Periodization: We design advanced cycles to target your lagging body parts. If your back needs density or your legs need separation, we adjust the training splits to fix it.
  • Peak Week Strategy: This is the most critical phase. We manage your water and sodium intake to drain excess fluid from under the skin, giving you that 'dry' and hardened look for the judges.
  • Posing Mastery: Having muscle is not enough if you cannot show it. I teach you the mandatory poses and help choreograph your freestyle routine to highlight your strengths and hide your weak points.
  • Stage Presence: I guide you on everything from tan application to how you present yourself backstage. My goal is to make sure your confidence on stage matches the work you put in at the gym.
