My Competition Blueprint
- Calculated Nutrition: We don't just guess calories. I design macros based on your metabolic rate, using Indian staples like paneer and soya, tracked by raw grammage. For contest prep, we implement dynamic carb cycling to maintain muscle fullness while stripping body fat.
- The Peak Week Science: This is where most athletes lose their edge. I handle your water loading, sodium manipulation, and depletion protocols personally. We ensure you step onto the stage with dry, hard muscle, not water retention.
- Posing & Stage Presence: A great physique counts for nothing if you can't display it. I hold 1-on-1 posing sessions to fix mandatory shots like the Lat Spread and Side Chest, teaching you how to hide structural weaknesses and highlight your best angles.
- Mental Toughness: I train in Delhi (Shahdara/Ghonda), and I expect the same grit from my clients. If you have the drive, I provide the roadmap. We work on volume periodization to keep you injury-free, and I am available via WhatsApp for those urgent pre-show tweaks. If you want to compete, do it the right way.
