I avoid generic crash diets. We use carb cycling and specific macronutrient manipulation to keep your metabolism firing. In the final 7 days, we manage water, salt, and carbs to ensure you step on stage with maximum muscle fullness and skin-tight conditioning. This is what 'dry' and 'full' actually looks like, and it requires precision.
