When you train at Throne Fit, you are not paying for gym access. You are paying for my eyes on your form. Whether it is a heavy squat or a complex push-pull set, I am there to spot you and fix your alignment in real-time to ensure every rep counts.

My Approach at Throne Fit

I built Throne Fit in GM Palya because I needed a space where discipline is the baseline. We do not do cookie-cutter routines here. If you sign up for my 12-week body transformation program, we are looking at 48 sessions where I am directly involved in your progress. I don't just give you a PDF and wish you luck; I monitor your macros, adjust your diet based on weekly visual checks, and guide you through safe heavy lifting.

Why My Method Works

  • Form over Ego: I would rather you lift lighter with perfect form than heavier with bad technique. I personally supervise your movements to prevent injury and maximize hypertrophy.
  • Nutrition as Training: You cannot out-train a bad diet. Every plan includes specific nutrition guidelines. Whether we are doing a bulk or a cut, your food intake is tracked as strictly as your gym sessions.
  • Accountability: If you are local to Bangalore, we meet in person. If not, I offer the same intensity through online coaching. I expect consistency from you because I am consistent with my commitment to your goals.
