About Spiritual Guidance & Philosophy
My Path: Sadhana, Not a Show
For me, this is sadhana - a steady spiritual practice, not a quick fix. It’s about becoming a true Sanathani, seeking pure consciousness, and burning through layers of illusion. This path isn’t for those chasing magic, but for anyone honest enough to face reality head on. Alva? (Isn’t it?)
What I Offer
- I simplify deep teachings from our roots, so anyone can connect, find clarity, and really understand themselves.
- 'Nanna Bharath' podcast: Real conversations about our karma bhumi (land of action), yoga, Sanatana Dharma explained, and mindfulness in both Kannada and English.
- Philosophical lectures: I break down ancient texts (like Yoga Sutras, Hatha Yoga Pradipika) into practical Indian philosophy lessons for today.
- Guided meditations: Simple, no-nonsense techniques, including Antar Mouna (inner silence) and Yoga Nidra. I recommend meditating during sandhya (twilight) for better results.
My Approach
- Focus on abhyasa & vairagya (practice & detachment) - keep at it, don’t get attached to results.
- Ahimsa (non-violence) starts with your thoughts towards yourself.
- Asteya (non-accumulation) is about letting go, not just of things but of endless wanting.
- Brahmacharya is about moving towards purity, not just celibacy.
Real Talk for Seekers
- Keep your early practice private – small lamp, closed room.
- Satsang (good company) matters. You become your company.
- Conquer laziness now, or it’ll conquer you.
- No expectations. Growth is slow. Ayta? (Understood?)
If you’re ready to rise, shine, and evolve with ancient wisdom for modern problems, this is your path.

My Story
Been at this for 12 years, but still feels like the start. Yoga for me isn’t just bending and stretching - it’s Mithahara, discipline, and feeling connected. Never had coffee or tea, just water and fresh juice. My podcast 'ನನ್ನ್ ಭಾರತ' (Nann Bharath) is my way to keep spirituality simple. I love making sendige with amma, celebrating with Ottu Shavige, and teaching kids. Mindfulness, patience, and compassion matter more than anything. Life’s about growing, glowing, and being real.
My Work
Yoga for all ages, including kids - I teach yoga to beginners, advanced folks, and kids (4-12), mixing mindfulness for children with spiritual talks and my podcast.
Sadhana, not just exercise - Progress takes time. I guide those who want real change, not quick fixes. Trust the process.
Practice with props and Kannada instructions - Classes often in Kannada. Parvagilla, I help you use walls, belts, chairs. Nann jothe practice maadi.
Kids’ classes with desi games - We play traditional games, meditate, and learn discipline. Desi games yoga class helps kids grow up sorted.
Yoga beyond the mat - It’s about your food, thoughts, and life. I teach traditional diet yoga and deep philosophy, not just postures.
