Deep detox for the body and mind. We teach traditional Shatkriya techniques like Jal Neti and Kunjal Kriya to help you reset your system and deepen your spiritual practice.

About this collection

Let’s be honest, Kunjal Kriya isn't a spa day. You have to drink nearly two liters of warm, saline water and then learn to induce vomiting to flush the stomach. It’s physically demanding and requires total mental surrender, but the lightness you feel afterward—the reset it gives your digestive system—is why we practice it. We don't just tell you how to do it; we guide you through every step in our HSR Layout studio or online so you’re never doing it alone.

Why Cleansing Matters in Yoga

Before you can truly progress in meditation or pranayama, the vessel—the body—must be clear. Ancient Hatha Yoga traditions emphasize Shatkriya, or the six cleansing techniques, to remove toxins that accumulate from modern diets and stress.

The Kriyas We Teach

  • Kunjal Kriya: A powerful practice for digestive health. By drinking warm saline water and clearing the stomach, you alleviate acidity, bloating, and poor digestion. It is intense, but it is one of the fastest ways to feel a physical 'reset.'
  • Jal Neti: A fundamental yogic detox for the nasal passages. Using a neti pot, we flush out impurities to clear congestion, improve sinus health, and sharpen the breath. This simple practice helps calm the nervous system, making it much easier to sit for long sessions of Japa or Dhyana.

Preparing for Your Session

Whether you are joining us in Bengaluru or connecting via Zoom for our online workshops, discipline is key. You will need to come with an empty stomach and a willingness to step out of your comfort zone. We provide all necessary supplies for in-person workshops, including saline water and hygiene materials, and offer post-practice light Sattvic meals.

We don't do these sessions for 'content' or social media trends. We do them because a clean body is a prerequisite for a stable mind. If you are pregnant, have heart conditions, or suffer from severe high blood pressure, please consult with us before attempting these techniques.
