Our group sessions at Adi Anant Yoga Studio in Saket are designed to build more than just physical stamina. While we incorporate modern strength equipment like hex dumbbells, kettlebells, and TRX straps, the core of our practice remains anchored in traditional Hatha yoga and disciplined movement.

What to Expect
We do not use treadmills or machines that do the work for you. Our group classes focus on functional strength and body control. You will engage in:
- Traditional Conditioning: Use of Mudgar and Hanuman Dand to build real-world power.
- Modern Strength: Hex dumbbells and kettlebells for compound lifts, adapted for a shared hall.
- Core Stability: Animal Flow and plank variations to build a foundation that lasts.
- Mindfulness: Every session concludes with Pranayama and Shavasana to ensure you leave not just tired, but balanced.
Batch Structure
Our classes are held Monday through Friday, with fixed morning and evening slots to maintain consistency. Because we cap our group sizes, we ensure that every student receives enough supervision to maintain proper form while performing compound movements or advanced yoga flows. This is the honest path to physical transformation.
