Mastery of Hatha Yoga
We guide dedicated students through advanced asanas that build exceptional strength, balance, and mental focus. These poses, like Mayurasana and Vrischikasana, detoxify the body, stimulate the chakras, and cultivate inner peace.
Building Foundational Strength
We integrate modern strength training principles using free weights, barbells, and dumbbells. Every lift, from a heavy deadlift to a shoulder press, is an exercise in both physical power and mental dhyan, or focused attention.
Ancient Indian Strength (Vyayam)
We honor the roots of Indian physical culture with traditional exercises like Hanuman Dand and Hindu push-ups. These time-tested methods build real-world, functional power and master control over one's own body.
Functional & Core Conditioning
A strong core is the foundation of all movement. We use a variety of tools including TRX, kettlebells, and bodyweight flows to build stability, improve posture, and create a resilient body for everyday life.
The Energy of Group Practice
There is immense power in practicing together. Our group sessions focus on collective energy and motivation, whether we are flowing through 108 Surya Namaskars or working on targeted strength and conditioning drills.
