This is a new variation of Mayurasana, the Peacock Pose. It is an advanced Hatha yoga asana that requires immense core strength, balance, and dhyan, or meditative focus. This pose detoxifies the body and builds profound physical and mental control.

The deadlift is a foundational exercise for building raw power and bone density. Here, I demonstrate the correct form, which engages the entire posterior chain from the hamstrings to the upper back. We use this modern method to build a strong base for all other training.
