We guide dedicated students through advanced asanas that build genuine strength, balance, and mental focus. Here, we do not just teach poses; we help you master your body.

This is Pincha Mayurasana, the Feathered Peacock Pose. It is a forearm balance that strengthens the shoulders, back, and core while improving overall balance and relieving stress. Here, a student practices with wall support to build confidence and proper alignment.

About Mastery of Hatha Yoga
Most studios approach yoga as a light workout, but here, we treat it as a disciplined physical training. When you learn advanced asanas like Mayurasana or Vrischikasana, we do not just look for form; we teach you how to breathe into the Manipura chakra and hold the pose with steady, controlled concentration. If you have been stuck at a plateau, we will work with you to break it in weeks, not years.
Our Approach to Advanced Hatha
The path of Hatha Yoga is one of rigorous self-discipline. Whether you are aiming for the Peacock Pose (Mayurasana) or the Scorpion (Vrischikasana), the physical act is only the surface.
Technical Precision We integrate traditional Hatha with modern biomechanics. Advanced inversions like Pincha Mayurasana are not just about balance; they require deep shoulder girdle stability and core integration. We guide you through wall-supported progressions until your muscles learn the necessary firing patterns.
Mindful Execution When you hold an eight-angle pose (Astavakrasana), it is not just a hamstring stretch; it is a moment of dhyan (meditation). We emphasize the how over the what—teaching you how to engage the core, activate the energy centers, and maintain calm amidst the physical challenge.
The Studio Environment In our Saket studio, we keep group sizes small so we can personally adjust your alignment. You will not find treadmill-style cardio here. You will find real sweat, honest effort, and the pursuit of satya (truth). Whether you are a beginner looking to build a foundation or an advanced practitioner seeking to perfect your inversions, our sessions are tailored to your progress.
