Building Foundational Strength: Real Power Through Discipline
I am not here to judge, I am here to sculpt. My strength training program in Saket fuses modern iron-pumping with ancient yogic focus, ensuring every rep builds more than just muscle.
A demonstration of the deadlift, a key exercise for building full-body strength. The overlay shows the muscles worked, including the back, glutes, and legs. Proper form is critical, and I guide students to lift safely and effectively.
This video shows a 75kg lift for 12 repetitions. This demonstrates the high level of strength that can be achieved through our progressive training programs, combining heavy lifting with yogic discipline.
A client, an Assistant Commandant in the CRPF, performs a chest and triceps workout. The sequence includes push-ups, barbell bench press, and dumbbell exercises, showing a typical strength-focused session.
This is a shoulder workout routine using dumbbells and a barbell. The exercises include seated dumbbell press, upright rows, and a lying barbell extension to build strong, stable shoulder muscles.
About Building Foundational Strength
You won't find treadmills here. Instead, we use iron weights, deadlifts, and traditional Indian methods like Mudgar to build functional power. Whether you are lifting 75kg like some of our regular students or starting your first bench press, I ensure your form is precise because every movement is an exercise in dhyan (focused attention).
Beyond the Muscle
Most gyms chase sweat and numbers, but my approach is different. I treat every heavy deadlift or shoulder press as an opportunity to cultivate discipline that carries over into your life outside the studio. When you train with me, you are not just building bone density or hypertrophy; you are learning to control your breath and mind under physical load.
Our Training Method
I combine the raw power of free weights with the structural wisdom of ancient Indian physical culture.
- Modern Strength: We use hex dumbbells, barbells, and kettlebells to drive compound movements essential for functional power.
- Traditional Vyayam: We incorporate Hanuman Dand and Mudgar routines to master body control, something standard gyms often ignore.
- Core Stability: Using TRX and Animal Flow, we ensure your core is a stable foundation, not just a set of abs.
Why Practice in Saket?
My studio is a space for those who are serious about their transformation. Whether you are a local resident looking to shed weight or a professional needing the focus to handle high-pressure environments, this environment is designed for results. We work in small groups of 10 to 15, which means I can actually watch your form, correct your posture, and ensure you are lifting safely. If you are ready for a path that requires effort, discipline, and absolute honesty with yourself, you are welcome here.
