The squat and the deadlift are the ultimate test of strength, discipline, and mental fortitude. Learn to lift with perfect form and build a foundation that lasts.

A strong comeback and a new personal record on the squat. Every rep is a battle won. This is the discipline we build.

A typical training session involves both strength and conditioning. Here you see a heavy back squat followed by a deadlift, and also cardio work on the treadmill.

Want to squat heavy without a belt? It starts with a rock solid core. I show you how to build that core strength with exercises like back extensions and Russian twists.

Deadlift supremacy. This lift is the ultimate test of total body strength. We focus on perfect form to safely pull maximum weight from the floor.

Going deep with a 110 kg front squat. This variation places huge demand on the quads and core, building serious anterior chain strength and stability.

Watch the progression from 120 kg to a 150 kg front squat. With proper spotting and technique, we consistently push past our limits. 160 kg is next.

A full day of work includes the fundamentals. Here we have the back squat, bent over row for back strength, jerk drive for power, and the bench press.

The deadlift is my mental peace. It is a simple test of you against the weight. We work on the setup and pull to make every lift a successful one.

If you don't like squats, you should. They increase metabolism, build bigger and stronger legs, and improve your core strength more than almost any other exercise.

A full training session showing a focus on leg strength. We incorporate Bulgarian split squats with kettlebells and heavy back squats on the platform.

About The Foundation: Heavy Squats & Deadlifts

I don't just count reps; I watch your setup. Whether we are working on your beltless squat depth or correcting your deadlift pull from the floor, every session is about perfect mechanics first. You will learn how to brace your core without relying on a belt, making you stronger and safer under heavy loads.

These two movements are the bedrock of everything I teach. If you cannot squat deep or pull properly from the floor, you aren't building a foundation; you are just moving weight. We spend weeks dialing in your technique before we even think about chasing a personal maximum.

Why Technique Comes First

Before you load the bar, I make sure your hips can actually reach the depth required. We focus on bracing—the ability to create intra-abdominal pressure. It is what keeps your spine safe. I watch your ankle mobility and your back position, and I will call 'No Rep' if you cut corners. You are here to get genuinely strong, not to cheat the movement.

My Approach to Heavy Lifts

  • Squats: We work on both front and back variations. The front squat demands an upright torso, building serious anterior chain strength.
  • Deadlifts: This is the ultimate test of your posterior chain—glutes, hamstrings, and back. We focus on the initial pull off the floor to ensure you aren't rounding your back.
  • Progression: We use structured periodization. We don't just add weight blindly. We track your lifts and adjust based on how you recover and perform.

Whether you are training at Gold's Gym Palam Vihar or we are working on a custom program, the goal remains the same: functional power. This isn't a shortcut program. Tagde raho.
