A student practices Pincha Mayurasana (Feathered Peacock Pose) using the wall for support. This forearm balance is excellent for strengthening the arms, shoulders, and core while building confidence in inversions.
This video shows a student working on a deep backbend using the wall. This is an effective technique to open the chest and shoulders and increase spinal flexibility safely.
This is a one-legged standing duck pose, a challenging balance that strengthens the standing leg and core. It also requires focus and concentration to maintain stability.

This video shows a compilation of different Hatha Yoga asanas being practiced by my students. It is inspiring to see them master these postures in just a few weeks of dedicated practice.

A demonstration of Mayurasana (Peacock Pose). This powerful arm balance detoxifies the body by improving digestion and strengthens the entire upper body and core.
A student practices Bharadvajasana (Bharadvaja's Twist). This gentle seated twist stretches the spine and hips, improves digestion, and is excellent for relieving lower back pain.
This is Ekapada Vaksha Mayurasana, an advanced arm balance pose. It requires and builds significant upper body and core strength, and is a key posture in our Hatha Yoga training.
A student flows gracefully from a headstand into other variations. This demonstrates not only balance and strength but also the fluid control that comes from a dedicated Hatha Yoga practice.
About Additional Asana Gallery
You will notice many students here using the wall for support in advanced inversions like Pincha Mayurasana. We believe that true strength comes from alignment, so we use props to help you safely master challenging poses before practicing them independently.
Building Strength Through Traditional Hatha
Yoga is not just about the final shape of a pose. In our studio, we focus on the process—the breath, the bandhas (body locks), and the alignment. Whether you are working toward the stability of a headstand (Sirsasana) or the upper-body power required for Bakasana, the method remains the same: discipline and repetition.
Why Alignment Matters
Many practitioners rush into advanced asanas before their bodies are ready, which leads to injury. My curriculum emphasizes the use of alignment labs—using straps, blocks, and wall ropes to correct your posture safely. This is a critical part of our 200-Hour Teacher Training program. We ensure you understand the mechanics of each movement, so you can teach it or practice it with confidence.
The Path of Progression
Our classes are designed for those who want to see real change. You will find that we don't just hold static poses; we flow through sequences that challenge your endurance and focus. We combine traditional Hatha Yoga with strength routines, ensuring that when you master a pose like Mayurasana (Peacock Pose), it is built on a foundation of core stability and functional strength.
What You Will Find in Our Gallery
- Inversions: Techniques to safely invert, including Sirsasana and Pincha Mayurasana.
- Arm Balances: Building the upper body strength needed for Bakasana and Ekapada Vaksha Mayurasana.
- Deep Stretches: Using props to improve flexibility in poses like the front splits (Hanumanasana).
- Twists: Seated postures like Bharadvajasana to improve spinal health and digestion.
If you are ready to deepen your practice, I invite you to join us on this path of truth, the satya ke marg. Your journey does not end when the class ends; it begins there.
