I run my sessions at Anytime Fitness studios across Delhi, so you get the perks of a high-end gym, like shock-absorbent floors, AC, and proper sound systems, without the typical gym boredom. We treat every workout like a celebration, focusing on feeling the music rather than counting perfect steps. If you want to test the vibe without a monthly commitment, drop-in sessions are available.
My classes are designed to be a total escape from the daily grind. Whether you are dealing with work stress or just looking for a way to stay active, my sessions offer a mix of Zumba, Bollywood, Bhangra, and K-Pop to keep things interesting. I do not believe in boring repetitive workouts. Instead, we use rhythm and movement to burn calories.

I conduct my batches at various Anytime Fitness locations across New Delhi, including Dwarka (Sectors 6, 7, 10, 17), Rajouri Garden, and Dabri.
We offer both monthly subscriptions for those ready to commit to their routine and single drop-in sessions if you want to check the vibe first.
