- Limitations: Strictly covers the dance studio access for the class duration; gym machinery and other facilities excluded.

- Location: Delivered at client residence (requires floor space and sound system if instructor portable speaker is insufficient).
- Format: Custom routines broken down slowly based on client stamina and coordination levels.
- Playlist: Client selected music genre mix (Bollywood, Bhangra, or Zumba).
Professional Supervision
- Form Correction: Hands on posture adjustment to maximize calorie burn and prevent injury.
- Logistics: Includes instructor travel within 5 to 10km radius of base location.
- Scheduling: Flexible slots booked outside of peak group class hours.
Monthly Group Dance Membership
Core Workout Structure
- Frequency: 8 to 12 sessions per month (2 to 3 days a week depending on batch schedule).
- Duration: 60 minutes per session.
- Warm-up: 5 to 7 minutes of mobility and isolation exercises.
- Main Cardio: 40 to 45 minutes of mixed choreography including Zumba rhythms, Bollywood hits, and high intensity Bhangra intervals.
- Cool Down: 5 minutes of static stretching and breathwork.

- Video Feature: Inclusion in the post workout group reel shoot (10 to 15 mins extra).

Hi, main hoon Rahul, par sab mujhe RK bulate hain. Delhi ko nacha raha hoon 2012 se! Sach bolun toh, music aur smiles hi meri life hai. Workout boring kyun ho? Isi soch se shuru kiya Bollywood Fitness Blast - ek class jo party lagti hai! Strict teacher nahi hoon, bas chahta hoon har koi bindass naache.
