When I say 'low impact', I mean it. We use professional-grade mini-trampolines and steppers to protect your joints while you torch those calories. Because I keep these batches limited to just 15 people, I get to actually walk around, fix your form, and make sure you're bouncing safely while we groove to the latest Bollywood and K-Pop beats.

What Happens in My Prop Classes?
It’s definitely not a silent, clinical gym session. We blast high-energy mixes—think the latest chart-topping Bollywood hits, some fierce K-Pop bangers, and heavy Bhangra dhol beats.
These batches are intimate (capped at 10-15 people) because I want to ensure everyone gets proper form correction. Whether it’s your first time stepping or you’re a pro at rebounding, I’m right there to help you nail the move. We operate out of Anytime Fitness locations in Dwarka (Sec 7, 10, 17) and Rajouri Garden, so you get access to professional flooring, AC, and a proper sound system.
The Logistics
- Format: 60 minutes of continuous movement.
- What to Bring: Just your water bottle, a towel, and that high energy. I provide the trampolines and steppers.
- Frequency: We run these in specific batches, so check the schedule to see which slot fits your week. If you're hesitant, just book a single drop-in session and come test the vibe for yourself!
