I believe good nutrition shouldn't kill your vibe. My thing is making eating well feel like part of the fun, not a punishment. If you want to dance harder, or just feel better in your skin, what you eat matters - but so does enjoying your life.

How I Coach

I skip the boring, strict charts and focus on what actually fits into your real routine. It's about building personalized nutrition habits that you can actually stick to. I work with you to find the food, the timing, and the balance that fits your goals and your energy.

  • I use the Plate by Zumba® nutrition method - it's simple, visual, and helps you actually understand your food choices.
  • We focus on balanced meals with whole foods, not cutting out everything you love.
  • Hydration is a big deal for me - you'll hear "Paani pila kya?" (Did you drink water?) from me a lot.
  • Consistency matters more than perfection. The small wins add up.

My Story

Hey, I’m Aarushi. Most folks see me grooving and think I’m all about dance, but truth is, I’m also deep into my office job – love a good strategy session! Zumba is my escape, my recharge. Pink hair? Yup, that’s me, a splash of colour in a grey world. I travel, explore, and try to keep life vibrant. Desk work fuels my mind, dance fuels my soul. That’s my balance.

My Work

What I teach - Zumba party class, Bollywood dance fitness, Trampoline rebounding workout, Stepper cardio, and Plate by Zumba diet coaching.

Vibe of my classes - It’s all high energy and killer beats. Bollywood, K-pop, retro – we sweat, smile, and dance. No boring workouts here.

Open for all - Don’t stress if you can’t dance. My routines are easy, all about feeling the music, moving together as a tribe.

Whole wellness - We lift spirits, burn calories, and build confidence. Plus, I help with diet coaching for a full wellness journey.
