You know how gym routines can get monotonous? My festive sessions switch things up completely. We swap standard workout tracks for high-energy Garba, Bhangra, or Bollywood beats depending on the season. Whether it is Navratri, Lohri, or Holi, we focus on the cardio burn while keeping the mood celebratory and lighthearted.
Why Festive Fitness Hits Different
When the festival season hits, the energy in the air is contagious. I decided that our workouts should reflect that. Instead of repetitive gym drills, these classes are designed around specific cultural rhythms and high-energy music.
We don't just 'do' cardio. We celebrate. For Navratri, you are learning Garba steps that torch calories without you realizing it. During Lohri or Holi, the Bhangra beats and Bollywood tracks make that hour fly by. It is about movement, sweat, and community—a total vibe shift from your standard treadmill session.
Where We Sweat
I host these classes at various Anytime Fitness locations across Delhi, including Dwarka (Sectors 7, 10, 17, 6) and Rajouri Garden. We have the space to move, the sound systems to handle the heavy dhol beats, and the mirrors to check your form while you groove.
FAQ
Do I need to be a pro dancer? Not at all. I hate perfectionism in the gym. These classes are for everyone, whether you have two left feet or you've been dancing since you were a kid. It is about the calorie burn and the fun.
Is it just dance? We combine dance with high-intensity cardio intervals. You will be getting your heart rate up, toning your body, and building stamina, all while feeling like you are at a party.
Can I just drop in? Absolutely. I offer single drop-in sessions if you want to test the energy before committing to a monthly batch. Just make sure to check the schedule for our upcoming theme days.
