Taekwondo Classes for Kids in Delhi (Ages 3+)
My little champions are where it all starts. At age 3, we do not just teach kicks. We build coordination, focus, and a love for movement through play.
Look at this 2.5-year-old champion go. We use agility hurdles and fun drills to develop motor skills and coordination in our youngest students, making fitness feel like playtime.
Fun and focus go hand in hand. Here, our little champs are engaged in an activity that improves their concentration and balance, all while having a great time.
"Why should everyone learn karate?" This little champion has the answer. I teach even my youngest students the importance of self-defense and the confidence it brings.
A little bit of 'masti' is part of the training. These kids are learning agility and footwork through cone drills, building essential skills while enjoying every moment.
Personal classes are a great way to start the Taekwondo journey. Here, I am working one on one with a new young student in her backyard, focusing on basic front kicks and stances.
Every punch is a step towards building confidence. This is a personal training session where we focus on basic punching techniques and having fun with the training pads.
The smiles of happy students are my biggest reward. These two brothers, in their green and yellow belts, show the pride and joy that comes with learning Taekwondo.
Two proud students standing tall in the academy. You can see the confidence in their stance. This is what we build here, one class at a time.
This little champion is one of my favorites. We work on kicking drills using pads to improve power and accuracy, but we always end with a smile.
A coach and his student. I believe in building a strong, supportive bond with every child, helping them grow not just as fighters, but as individuals.
About The Little Champions (Ages 3+)
Forget stiff, boring drills. In these sessions, your child learns through games, cone-and-hurdle circuits, and light play. By mixing fun with fundamental Taekwondo stances, I help them develop better balance, focus, and motor skills without it feeling like work. It is all about making the mat a place they look forward to.
Many parents ask me, 'Is 3 years old too young to start?' The answer is no. At this age, the goal is not to win medals, but to build a foundation. We focus on developing their motor skills using agility hurdles and fun cone drills. This keeps them engaged while they learn the basic discipline of standing still, listening to instructions, and coordinating their hands and feet.
We train in high-energy batches in Saket, New Delhi, where the environment is safe and welcoming. I keep the sessions dynamic to match their energy levels—lots of movement, quick drills, and positive reinforcement. Even the youngest ones learn the rules of the mat, which translates to better behavior and focus outside the classroom. Whether your child is naturally shy or full of energy, my classes provide a structured space to grow. We focus on safety, proper technique, and above all, making them feel like the champions they are.
