About The Arena: Competition & Sparring

Sparring is not just about landing a kick. It is where you learn to control your fear, read your opponent, and keep your composure under pressure. In my sessions, we pause the action to fix technique, ensuring you understand the logic behind every movement before we return to full intensity.
