Self-Defense Workshops and Community Martial Arts Training
Build confidence together. Whether it is a corporate team event or a housing society workshop, we learn real-world safety skills as a tribe.
Training doesn't always happen in the gym. Here we are at an outdoor training camp, practicing boxing drills by a river, connecting with nature while honing our skills.
There is no greater joy than seeing my students succeed. This young warrior proudly shows off her medal after a championship, a result of her hard work and dedication.
I am so proud of my students and their incredible performances. This young champion is holding her certificates and medals, a wonderful symbol of her achievement in the sport.
The martial arts community is a family. It's always a pleasure to train with and learn from other dedicated practitioners, sharing knowledge and growing together on the mat.
About Group Workshops & Community Training
When I bring a workshop to your office or housing society, we do not just stand around in circles. We get moving immediately. You will be handling focus pads and practicing real-world escape techniques within the first thirty minutes, regardless of your fitness level.
I believe that strength is built best when we do it together. My workshops are not about listening to lectures; they are about getting messy, laughing, and building that tangible confidence that only comes from doing.
Whether you are organizing a corporate team-building session in DLF or a safety workshop for your housing society in Gurgaon, the goal remains the same: practical, usable skills. We focus on situational awareness, basic strikes, and escape tactics that actually work in real life. I travel across the Delhi NCR region to conduct these sessions.
How We Train
- Practical Drills: We use partner-based exercises so you learn by doing. You will see how to manage distance, handle a wrist grab, and defend yourself effectively.
- Customized Content: For corporate groups, I tailor the session to focus on stress management and quick thinking under pressure. For school or society groups, we focus on foundational safety and building a supportive environment.
- No Equipment Needed: I bring the essential gear like pads and bags to your location. You just need to bring your energy and a willingness to learn.
Training with others creates a shared sense of responsibility. We push each other, we cheer for our wins, and we normalize the idea that self-defense is a necessary life skill. If you are ready to help your team or community become more aatmanirbhar (self-reliant), let's schedule a session.
