Whether you are in my HIIT group class to battle tractor tires and heavy battle ropes or working 1-on-1 to perfect your deadlift form, I focus on mechanics that make you strong, not just tired. You pay for my eyes on your form and my constant push against your inner doubt, so come prepared to sweat.
In a city like Delhi, gyms are often full of people doing half-hearted repetitions. My approach is different. I believe that fitness is a daily fight against your own hesitation. My coaching is grounded in two specific formats that serve different goals.
My 1-on-1 Gym Personal Training (₹6500–₹9000/month) is for those who need strict form correction. If you have been struggling with heavy compound lifts like deadlifts, squats, or overhead presses, this is where we fix your foundation. I provide 100% dedicated supervision and weekly body measurement tracking to ensure you are actually progressing, not just moving weights around.
For those who thrive in a high-energy environment, my Bootcamp and Functional Group Classes (₹2000–₹3000/month) are the answer. We use tractor tires, heavy nylon battle ropes, and agility drills. It is intense, it is noisy, and it works. These batches range from 8-15 people, creating a community where your peers push you to do one more rep.
We train in a no-nonsense environment with high-density foam mats for safety. If you are tired of fad diets, my 1-on-1 plans include custom calorie-counted meals based on the home-cooked food you already eat like roti, rice, and dal.
