Training starts as early as 2.5 years. I use a mix of fun agility games and Taekwondo basics to build real confidence, discipline, and strength in kids that lasts a lifetime.

A fun activity for my youngest students to improve their balance and coordination. We use cones and balls to make fitness feel like a game.

This is my 3-year-old academy champion. With a little help and a lot of heart, he is already mastering advanced flexibility stretches.

A young student practices his kicks on a target pad before showing off his flexibility. Every day is a new chance to learn and grow, and these little champions always make me proud.

The intense focus of a future champion. This young student is building serious strength and discipline with knuckle push-ups.

My students working on their strength with weight training. We make sure to teach the correct form from a young age to build a strong foundation for life.

Personal training sessions are available even for the little ones. Here, I am teaching basic punches and stances in a one-on-one outdoor class.

Teaching a young student the basics of a front kick. Personal classes allow me to give focused attention to help kids build confidence and proper technique.

Fun indoor games that are secretly building flexibility and agility. Here, my students are enjoying a hula hoop drill that improves their coordination.

A young student, Sarah, practices her agility drills at home. She is an intelligent girl who is getting stronger with every session.

I am guiding my students through their stances and push-up forms. Discipline and correct technique are the first things we learn at the academy.

About Chhote Champions: Building Future Stars

Classes here aren't about mindless drills. I use cones, hurdles, and movement games for the youngest ones to secretly build their balance, core stability, and coordination before we even touch formal Taekwondo stances.

When I see a 3-year-old on the mat, I don't see a kid. I see a future warrior. In our 'Chhote Champions' program, we don't start with heavy combat. We start with the mind. Parents in Saket often ask me if their child is too young for Taekwondo. My answer? If they can run, they can train.

We use games, hula hoops, and cones to build agility and coordination. These exercises are actually deliberate drills to improve their motor skills and spatial awareness. Once they grasp the rhythm, we move to basic stances and controlled punches. But the goal remains the same: discipline. In my academy, we believe that 'losing is learning.' Whether it's a belt test or a simple agility drill, we teach kids to accept the struggle and push through it.

We have a specific focus on safety—using high-density mats and constant supervision. Whether you opt for our group batches at the academy or my private, at-home training sessions, the intensity remains high. We aren't just teaching sports here; we are preparing them to face the world with confidence. If you want to know about our upcoming batches in Saket or how to book a trial session, send me a message. Let's start their journey.

I'm not here to just teach kicks and punches. I am building future champions for India, one kid at a time, teaching them that true victory is winning against their own inner doubts.
