This is what my coaching is all about. I was talking to my student who was sad about losing. I told her, you are not losing, you are learning. Defeating that little voice in your head that says you can't do it, that is the real victory.

Here, I am training a student in kickboxing, focusing on her form and power. The real fight is against the voice that tells you that you have already lost. We work to win against that voice every single day.
