About Yoga & Mindfulness
We don’t just go through the motions here. Whether you are practicing an extended side angle pose or focusing on pranayama, we prioritize your alignment and breath control over how deep you can stretch. You will find our 3,500 sq. ft. studio is naturally ventilated, giving you the space to breathe and focus without the distraction of crowded, stuffy rooms.

For us, Yoga isn't just about bending; it is about building a habit of mindfulness that carries over into the rest of your day. We keep our batches small enough that you get the attention you need to correct your posture, preventing injury and ensuring you get the most out of every asana.

- Guided Practice: Our sessions cover Hatha and Vinyasa techniques, focusing on building long-term flexibility and core stability.
- Pranayama & Breathing: We integrate breathwork to help you manage stress and improve respiratory function.
- Spacious Environment: Located near Lakshmipura Cross on Hesaraghatta Road, our non-AC studio is designed with impact-absorbing flooring and natural ventilation to keep the air fresh while you practice.

We emphasize a community-first atmosphere where members support each other's wellness goals. It is less about perfection and more about showing up and dedicating that hour to your body and mind.
We offer both morning and evening batches to fit into your schedule, not the other way around.
