What I love about these sessions is that they aren't about being a professional dancer. You will notice in our videos that we keep the choreography simple enough for anyone to jump in, but fast enough to hit your heart rate targets. If you are worried about feeling awkward, don't be—we are a gym family, not a dance studio, so we are here to sweat, laugh, and move together without the pressure of perfect steps.
