Real strength isn't about lifting the heaviest weight you can find, but moving your body the way it is meant to move. Whether you are using modern gym gear or traditional Indian Gada, I focus on form first so you stay injury-free.

About Strength & Functional Training

You won't see me letting anyone just swing weights for the sake of it. When you are here, I or my trainers are watching your posture like a hawk. If you are doing a deadlift, a kettlebell swing, or a battle rope circuit, we check your form first. It is the difference between building actual muscle and just hurting your back, especially when you are pushing for that last rep.
