This is what fitness feels like at our studio. An energetic Zumba session in our dedicated group class space, where the focus is on having fun and moving your body. It's a full-on party that gives you a great cardio workout.
We believe in blending the best of old and new. Here, we are demonstrating the Karlakatte, or Gada, a traditional Indian tool for building incredible shoulder mobility, flexibility, and core strength. This is a unique part of our functional training program.
Find your calm and build your strength in our group Yoga class. This session was part of our International Yoga Day celebration, where members practiced pranayama and various asanas together. We offer a welcoming space for all levels to explore the benefits of yoga.
Fitness is for everyone, including the little ones. Our kids' dance classes are designed to be fun, energetic, and a great way for children to build confidence, coordination, and healthy habits early in life.
We are always listening to you and improving our space. Here's a look at the new cable crossover and Hammer Strength machine we added to reduce wait times and offer more workout variety, including squats, shrugs, and lunges.

We love to challenge our members with advanced movements. This is the Shaolin Ball Push Up, an intense exercise that builds exceptional core stability, balance, and upper body strength by using four medicine balls.

You will notice that we do not just have machines. We have space to move. Whether it is a high-energy Zumba class or a technical Gada swing, we keep our batches small so we can watch your form like a hawk. We believe in movement that actually makes you stronger, not just moving weights for the sake of it.
At Habit Fitness, we approach training a little differently. We are not interested in overcrowding the gym or rushing you through sets. Our 3,500 sq ft, naturally ventilated studio is designed to give you enough room to work out comfortably without waiting in queues.

- Form First, Always: Sumne heavy weight haakbedi (Don't just lift heavy for show). Our trainers focus on your posture and technique to prevent injuries and build real, lasting strength.
- Traditional Meets Modern: We blend current gym equipment like cable crossovers with ancient tools like Gada and Karlakatte. These are excellent for shoulder mobility and core stability, which you will not find in every local gym.
- Community First: We celebrate festivals, staff birthdays, and personal wins together. If you are looking for a workout partner or just a place where people know your name, you will find it here.
What we offer
We provide a full range of group activities including Yoga for mindfulness, HIIT for fat burning, and dance workouts like Bollywood and Zumba to keep cardio fun. We also have dedicated packages for kids, including Karate and Gymnastics, to build healthy habits early. Everything takes place on impact-absorbing flooring to protect your joints, with morning and evening batches designed to fit your busy schedule.
