This video shows five foundational yoga poses for beginners. It includes Mountain Pose, Chair Pose, Cobra Pose, Downward-Facing Dog, and Triangle Pose to build a strong base for your practice.
A demonstration of the Chandra Namaskar, or Moon Salutation. This sequence is excellent for promoting relaxation, balancing the body's energy, and strengthening the lower back and pelvic region.
Members practice Adho Mukha Svanasana, or Downward-Facing Dog. This foundational pose lengthens the spine, strengthens the arms and legs, and calms the mind.

What sets our sessions apart is the small group size, which is capped at 12 participants. This allows our trainers—including Jatin, Anjali, and the rest of our team—to provide real-time alignment corrections and personalized modifications, whether you are mastering a basic Hatha flow or deepening your practice with props like wheels and blocks.

Our Studio Environment
Our studios in Noida, located in Sectors 50, 116, and 131, are designed to be your quiet sanctuary. We utilize a range of high-density foam blocks, straps, and Iyengar-style chairs to help you progress safely. If you struggle with stiffness or mobility, our prop-based classes allow you to access deeper stretches and stability without unnecessary strain.
