Traditional Indian Strength Training

We blend modern science with ancient Indian fitness techniques like Karlakatte (Gada or Mugdar) swings. These exercises are excellent for developing shoulder mobility, grip strength, and core stability, offering a unique, holistic approach to functional strength.

Strength & Functional Training

This is where we build real-world strength with a mix of machine-based workouts, free weights, and functional movements. Our trainers guide you on proper form for exercises like HIIT, agility ladder drills, and bodyweight training to ensure you get stronger safely.

We are proud to offer a spacious, well-ventilated 3,500 sq. ft. facility with ample parking and clean changing rooms. We constantly upgrade our inventory with branded equipment, including a full cardio section and a wide range of strength machines, to ensure you have the best tools for your workout.
