About this collection
I lead these sessions at partner gyms like Gold's and Step Makers, keeping the vibe relaxed and judgement-free. You do not need to be a dancer to join, but you will definitely need a water bottle, because we move for the full 60 minutes.
You walk into the studio, the music starts, and for the next hour, you are not thinking about work deadlines or traffic. That is the point of these Zumba fitness classes. Whether we are hitting a high-energy Reggaeton track or a classic Bollywood number, the focus is on constant movement and keeping your heart rate up without it feeling like a chore.
What to Expect
Every 60-minute session is structured to get your blood pumping. We start with a warm-up, move into the main dance cardio routine, and finish with a cool-down to stretch out. I use official ZIN choreography, but I always mix in regional favorites that get the whole room moving.
Who Can Join
This is a judgement-free zone. Whether you have never taken a dance class or you are a seasoned pro, you are welcome. The goal is to sweat and smile, not to get every step perfectly right. If you want a more intense burn, we also integrate HIIT-style moves, but it remains a party at heart.

You can find me holding court at studios across Bellandur, BTM Layout, Varthur, and AECS Layout. Since we run these as group exercise classes in Bengaluru, it is a great way to meet people in your neighborhood while getting your cardio in for the week.
