Most of our members are beginners who just want to move, so don’t stress if you have two left feet—we’ll break everything down for you and keep the vibe high until the very last song.

We don’t ask you to memorize complex choreography—we focus on continuous motion. One day you might be doing intense Bollyfit, the next it’s pure Zumba energy. We keep it fresh, so you never get bored of the routine. The studio is equipped with wooden flooring and full-length mirrors to keep you focused. Just bring your shoes, some water, and an open mind. We handle the rest.
