From cricket grounds to the yoga mat, my approach is simple: safe alignment, real results, and healing at your own pace. Whether you are recovering from an injury or starting your fitness journey, I am here to guide you.

This is Natarajasana, the Lord of the Dance pose, practiced in the flowing waters of a natural stream. For me, yoga is about finding this balance and harmony, not just in the body, but with the world around us.

Here I am guiding my youngest student, a talented gymnast, through a deep backbend. My focus is always on injury-safe practice, providing hands-on support to build stability and confidence, no matter your age or starting point.

As a sports therapist, I work with professional athletes to enhance their performance. This session with a cricketer focuses on Malasana (Garland Pose) to improve hip mobility and core strength, which are crucial for agility on the field.

Age is just a number on the yoga mat. This is my student Chhavi, who at 47 is mastering a complex headstand variation. With consistent practice and personalized guidance, you can achieve goals you never thought possible.

This advanced standing balance pose requires immense core strength, flexibility, and focus. It's a testament to what becomes possible when you dedicate yourself to the practice, moving beyond perceived limits.

In my classes, I use simple, clear instructions like "pair seedha karo" (straighten your leg) to guide you. This video shows how I provide hands-on adjustments to help a student safely deepen their stretch and find the correct alignment.

A glimpse into one of my group sessions. We are practicing Matsyasana (Fish Pose), a powerful heart opener. I keep my classes small to foster a supportive community and ensure every student gets the attention they need.

Ready to start your journey from the comfort of your home? My online yoga program is designed for all levels, from beginner to advanced, focusing on Hatha, Therapy Yoga, Pranayama, and Meditation.

Sound healing is an integral part of calming the mind. Using a traditional Tibetan singing bowl, we create vibrations that help release emotional tension, improve concentration, and bring a deep sense of peace.

Yoga is a complete fitness system that builds a strong, lean, and functional body. This is the physical result of a dedicated practice that combines asana, discipline, and a healthy lifestyle.

About Featured

I don't believe in one-size-fits-all classes. When we work together, I look at your biomechanics first. As a sports therapist, I bring manual adjustments and precise alignment cues into every session, whether we are focusing on deep tissue release, athletic performance, or mastering your first headstand. You won't just hold poses; you will learn exactly how your body moves so you can practice safely on your own.

My Approach to Yoga and Healing

Yoga is often marketed as purely spiritual or purely fitness, but I treat it as a system of functional mechanics. Because of my background as a sports therapist for professional cricket and kabaddi teams, my classes are grounded in anatomy. We don't push until something breaks; we work with your body's current range of motion to expand it safely.

What to Expect

My sessions in Delhi and Noida are designed to be accessible regardless of your starting point. We blend Hatha and Vinyasa Flow, but the core of our work is injury prevention and mobility.

  • For Athletes: We focus on functional range of motion, hip mobility (vital for bowlers and runners), and recovery protocols to keep you on the field longer.
  • For Beginners: We start with basics, using blocks and straps to ensure your spine and joints are protected while you build the strength needed for more advanced postures.
  • For Recovery: I incorporate therapeutic touch and assisted stretching to help with sciatica, back pain, or general stiffness.

Why Practice With Me?

I prefer to keep my group batches small and my one-on-one sessions deeply focused. This isn't a factory-line class where you get lost in the crowd. Whether you are working with me virtually or I am visiting your home in Noida, you get specific feedback. You will hear me use both English and Hindi cues like 'pair seedha karo' (straighten your leg) because I want instructions that you understand immediately, without needing to overthink.

If you are looking to manage a specific health condition, improve your athletic performance, or simply find stillness through pranayama and meditation, my goal is to give you a sustainable practice. We focus on Satya, Tap, Daya, and Daan—truth and discipline in your practice, compassion for your body, and the charity of sharing this health with others.
