In my sessions, we focus on what your body actually needs today, not just a generic routine. Whether we are doing Hatha or Vinyasa, I prioritize injury-safe alignment over aesthetic perfection. You will hear me say 'pair seedha karo' (straighten your leg) often—because precision is the difference between a stretch that heals and one that strains. Come with an open mind, a mat, and two blocks; we will handle the rest.
My approach combines the discipline of sports therapy with the mindfulness of traditional yoga. I work with clients across Delhi NCR, offering everything from one-on-one sessions for injury recovery to group classes for general fitness.
My Teaching Philosophy
Yoga is not just about the pose; it is about Yogas-citta-vrtti-nirodhah—stilling the fluctuations of the mind. I bring my experience as a national-level player and physiotherapist to the mat, ensuring that your practice is safe and functional. If you have past injuries, we focus on therapeutic movements and corrective exercises to build mobility without strain.
