Why my practice feels different
I do not believe in cookie-cutter routines. Your body has its own history of injuries, movement patterns, and limitations.
- Physical Intelligence: My sessions are a mix of modern sports science and traditional Hatha and Power yoga. We address the root cause, not just the symptom.
- Safe Progression: I am trained in Panchkarma and sports rehabilitation. This means if we are doing a backbend or a deep stretch, I know how to support your spine and joints to prevent strain.
- Accessibility: You do not need to be an athlete to train like one. My goal is to make advanced poses and effective recovery protocols accessible to everyone, from children learning gymnastics to adults managing sciatica or knee pain.
