I provide hands-on adjustments to ensure athletes achieve correct posture, like in this Malasana (Garland Pose) with cricketer Ishwar Pandey. This focus on form is crucial for building foundational strength and preventing injuries.

Pre-game warmups are essential for athletic performance. Here, I'm leading a side-body stretch to improve mobility and prepare the muscles for the demands of a professional cricket match.

A full-body overhead stretch helps lengthen the spine and open the shoulders, which is critical for cricketers, especially bowlers and batsmen. I guide athletes through each movement to maximize its benefit.

Guiding an athlete through Trikonasana (Triangle Pose). This pose is excellent for opening the hips and stretching the hamstrings and spine, improving overall agility on the field.

This is a supported variation of Ardha Chandrasana (Half Moon Pose), a key exercise for improving balance and strengthening the core and legs. Stability is the cornerstone of athletic power.

Correcting alignment in Triangle Pose to ensure the athlete gets the maximum stretch in the side body and inner thighs. Precise, hands-on adjustments are a key part of my physiotherapy method.

  • Yoga for Performance: I don't use generic routines. I teach specific asanas and flows to build the stability and flexibility required for your sport, ensuring you don't just heal but also become more resilient.
  • Ayurvedic Healing: For deeper, chronic pain, I incorporate traditional therapies like Kati Basti (for back pain) and Janu Basti (for knee pain) to promote faster tissue recovery.
