I bring the precision of professional sports medicine and the discipline of traditional yoga to every student I train.

I am proud to serve as the official Team Physio for the Brij Stars in the UP Kabaddi League. My role is to keep our athletes in peak physical condition and manage their recovery.

I am humbled to have been appointed as the District Head (Yoga) for Shamli by a National Sports Promotion Organisation recognized by the Government of India. It is an honor to promote yoga at this level.
