My Advanced Yoga Practice

My personal practice is the foundation of my teaching, blending Power, Hatha, and flow yoga to explore the limits of strength and flexibility. These are some of the advanced asanas I work on to maintain my own physical and mental discipline.

Ayurvedic & Massage Treatments

I provide holistic pain relief and recovery through certified Ayurvedic Panchkarma therapies and deep sports massages, available at your home. My treatments include Kati Basti for back pain, Janu Basti for knees, and specialized massages to address sciatica, shoulder spasms, and other sports injuries.

My expertise is recognized by national sports organizations. I am honored to serve as the official Team Physio for the Brij Stars of the UP Kabaddi League and as the District Head for Yoga in Shamli, a position recognized by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports.
