My Journey: From Exercise Physiology Lab to Athlete Coaching
Fitness is not about guesswork. My approach is built on years of studying human physiology in the lab and applying that data to train professional athletes.
It was a full-circle moment for me to be invited back to my alma mater, Bangalore University, as a chief guest for an event. My journey started here as a student, and it reinforces my belief that consistent hard work pays off.
My foundation in science was built in the lab. This is a photo from my college days in the Exercise Physiology lab, where I was conducting experiments on hypoxia and blood lactate.
Another look at my hands-on work during my MSc in Exercise Physiology. Practical experience with scientific protocols is why I prioritize evidence over trends in my coaching.
Here I am in the lab, focused on an experiment. This time spent studying the physiological responses to exercise is what informs the science-based plans I create for my clients today.
A similar shot showing the focus required during lab work. Understanding concepts at a microscopic level is essential for applying them effectively in real-world fitness and nutrition.
This photo captures a moment of practical application during my university studies. My education was not just theoretical but involved hands-on testing and analysis, a principle I carry into my work today.
Working with lab equipment to understand physiological markers. This background allows me to critically evaluate fitness claims and provide advice that is scientifically sound.
About My Journey & Credentials
You see a lot of fitness advice online, but much of it is just popular opinion. My coaching is different because I do not follow trends. I spent years in the lab studying lactate thresholds and metabolic responses at Bangalore University, and I apply that exact same scientific precision to your nutrition and training plan. I cut through the myths so you can stop guessing and start making progress.
My journey in fitness began as a student in the lab, not in a gym mirror. While others were chasing fitness influencers, I was busy conducting hypoxia and blood lactate experiments. This time spent in the Exercise Physiology lab at Bangalore University was critical. It taught me how to read human biological markers and understand how the body actually responds to stress, recovery, and nutrition.
Today, I take those same principles and apply them to real-world coaching. Whether I am working with Pro Kabaddi athletes who need specific conditioning for a short tournament window or an office professional looking to lose fat without crash dieting, the methodology remains the same. I don't rely on 'magic' pills or 'body type' myths. I rely on TDEE calculations, macro breakdowns, and supplement audits that actually tell you what you are putting into your body.
My transition from a student to being invited back as a chief guest at my alma mater was a milestone, but the real reward is seeing clients break through plateaus they thought were impossible. We don't do 'influencer gyaan' here. We do evidence-based science. If you are ready to stop leaving your health to chance, we can start with a proper assessment of your current diet and supplement stack.
