At Zink Fitness Studio, I see fitness as something you can enjoy at any age. For us, it’s not just about sweating - it’s about moving, having fun, and doing it together with your people. ‘Movement, Motion n Masti!’ is what we’re all about.
For Kids & Families
Getting kids to move shouldn’t feel boring or forced. I focus on youth fitness boxing classes that feel more like playing than working out. The energy is high, the mood is playful, and confidence gets a real boost. Family workout routines are part of my vibe too - whether it’s moms and daughters doing push-ups or everyone joining in for a laugh, it’s all about bonding and building habits as a team.
For Seniors
Age doesn’t stop anyone here. My senior strength training sessions work on building muscle, improving balance, and keeping joints healthy. I’ve seen folks in their late fifties deadlift more than most twenty-somethings. Every movement is watched by trainers so you stay strong and safe.
Boxing & Combat Sports
If you want something intense and different, my expert-led combat sports classes give you the real deal. Boxing, kickboxing, MMA - you name it. No experience needed, just the will to try. Many find it’s the best way to shake off stress after a long day.
