The truth is that we mix adventure with deep rest, so you get the adrenaline of paragliding or a steep hike followed by sound healing that settles the nervous system. You are coming to do the work, but you are doing it with a family that cheers you on from day one.
Our retreats are structured to give you a full reset in just 3 days. We take you away from the city noise and into nature, whether it is the jungles of Nainital or the valleys of Bir Billing.
Here is how we balance the energy: ✔️ Active Mornings: We kick off with sunrise hikes, trekking, or Animal Flow sessions to wake up the body and get moving. ✔️ Deep Healing: Afternoons are for sound healing, meditation, and dance movement therapy to help you clear the mind and release stress. ✔️ Community Time: Evenings are all about connecting. Expect bonfire gatherings, acoustic music, and shared vegetarian meals where everyone is welcome.
We handle all the heavy lifting, including transport from Delhi, so all you have to do is show up. You do not need to be an athlete to join.
