For me, Zumba is never just about exercise. It’s a full-on party with music, sweat, and lots of laughter. I believe if you can feel the beat, you can dance. Chal ji le ye pal! (Come on, live this moment!) Every class, I want you to feel like you belong.
What to Expect in My Class
The vibe? Always high. I call my girls the 'Squad' and we hype each other up, no matter your dance level. Everyone is welcome to just let go, shake off the day, and have some fun. It’s really a mental shakedown as much as a physical one.
A typical session goes like this:
- Warm up those limbs, get your mind ready.
- Main party time! We sweat it out with a full-body cardio dance, mixing official Zumba choreography and some freestyle.
- Sometimes I throw in quick strength moves - maybe planks or light weights - just to keep things interesting.
- We end with a chill cool-down, stretching to find some peace before you head out.
Music & Moves
The playlist is a mix - latest ZIN Zumba tracks, Bollywood Zumba music playlist, plus trending Tamil and Hindi numbers. Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia, or pure desi vibes, we’re always moving to something fresh.
