Seeing that sea of smiling faces, including the legendary Jonty Rhodes, moving to the same beat is a powerful reminder of why I traded the corporate world for the dance floor.
Welcome to the daily party. In my class, we create pure 'bhasad' (joyful chaos) with every beat. This isn't just a workout; it's where we let go, laugh, and move together as one unstoppable team.

My style is direct. I will push you, sometimes you will call me 'Hitler' for it, but only because I see the strength you have even when you don't. Whether we are in the studio or on a marathon stage, we don't do perfect, we do 'real'. Expect high-intensity, zero-judgment movement where the only goal is to show up and give it your all.

From SAP Run stages where we get 8,000 hearts pumping to our daily studio batches where we let go of all stress, the core remains the same. My approach is simple: consistency. You will find me pushing you to do one more rep, not because I am strict, but because I know your limits are higher than you think.
