Think a party, not a workout. We trade boring treadmills for thumping bass, turning Bhangra, Garba, and Bollywood tracks into 60 minutes of high-intensity cardio.

Punjabi aa gaye oye. Who said workouts have to be boring? We turn up the beats and burn calories with high-energy Bhangra. It's all about dancing your way to fitness with some desi moves.

Navratri isn't just about devotion; it's about celebration. Dressed in colors of joy, dancing to the beats of Garba, and sharing laughter with friends. This is Dakla, a beautiful Gujarati folk dance.

Bollywood mania with my girls. The energy, the drama, the expression. It's one of my favorite ways to get a cardio workout while having an absolute blast.

This is Timli, a beautiful Gujarati folk dance performed by Adivasi children. I love incorporating authentic folk styles into my classes to celebrate the rich diversity of our culture.

A year ago, we dreamt of building a strong Bhangra team. After 10 days of crazy practice, they flew on stage. Dancing with such high intensity for 15 minutes is no easy task, but they nailed it.

When Zumba meets Bhangra, it's pure fire. We created this Bhangra format with heart and hustle, combining rhythm, energy, and joy. Feel free to copy this and tag us.

This isn't about perfectly memorized steps, it's a HIIT session disguised as a celebration. Whether we're doing fast-paced Bhangra or high-energy Garba, the goal is to keep you sweating, smiling, and moving for the full hour. You will leave these sessions buzzing, regardless of whether you have danced before or have two left feet.

Why Dance Fitness Works

Most people think dance is just about rhythm. In my studio, we treat it as athletic conditioning. A high-tempo Bhangra track is basically plyometric training, and the continuous, repetitive steps of Garba are perfect for building lower-body endurance. It is a full-body HIIT workout without the monotony of counting reps.

What to Expect in Class

My batches are capped at 15-25 people. This is deliberate. I need to be able to see you, correct your form, and push you when you start slowing down. You will get:

  • High-Intensity Cardio: We don't just sway; we move with intent to burn calories and build stamina.
  • Technique with a Twist: We blend authentic folk steps with fitness cues. You get the cultural joy of a wedding dance with the calorie burn of a serious gym session.
  • Judgment-Free Zone: If you miss a beat, keep moving. The goal is to keep your heart rate up, not to win a dance competition. If you mess up, we just laugh and jump back in. Kya syappaa hai yeh, but it is all part of the fun.
