About Dance Fitness Classes
My Vibe: Dance, Laugh, Repeat
Dance is my way to recharge and spread good vibes. I love seeing people forget their worries, move to the beat, and just enjoy the moment. My motto? Naacho aise ki dus log poochhe, "YE ladki khaati kya hai!" (Dance so hard people ask what you eat). It’s not just about sweating - it’s about building a squad that feels like family.
What Happens in Class
Energy’s always high, and the rules are simple: be yourself and have fun. Doesn’t matter if you’ve never danced before or you’re a pro - everyone fits in here. We’re a fitgang that cheers each other on, cracks jokes, and makes sure no one feels left out.
- No judgment zone
- Meet new friends
- Loads of laughter and support
The Workout
You’ll burn calories, but you won’t be counting them. We jam to everything - Bollywood dance workout tracks, pop bangers, even South Indian hits. I’m a licensed Zumba® instructor, so expect Zumba cardio party routines mixed with my own twists. Bhangra remixes, 90s hits, and more - if it’s got a beat, we’ll dance to it.
More Than Just Fitness
We celebrate life! Themed fitness classes for Holi, Garba nights, retro jams, and Christmas. We’ve got ‘Zumba for a Cause’ sessions to give back. After class, we film reels, celebrate birthdays, and hang out. If you’re searching for a dance workout community, this is it.

My Story
People think Zumba is just another workout, but for me, dance is life. It's in how I walk, how I talk, how I think. Fitness freak, yes, but fitness should be fun – that’s why I love Zumba, it’s like a party with my killer squad. I feel proud of our Zumba for a Cause events, raising money for kids. Whether it’s Ladakh’s desert or the studio, I just want to keep dancing, spreading joy, and living. Naacho, spread love.
