Why I Do What I Do
Fitness, for me, is all about letting loose and having a blast. I want you to walk in, forget your worries, and just go full masti (crazy fun). No judgment, no pressure - just you, the music, and a room full of people who want to vibe and sweat it out together. I know not everyone loves the typical gym grind, so I keep things wild and welcoming.
What My Classes Feel Like
- No dance background? Doesn't matter. Even if you feel like you have two left feet, you’ll fit right in.
- Each session is a full-on cardio dance party - 50 minutes of high energy, killer beats, and a ton of sweat.
- We’re all about good music, mad moves, and big smiles. You’ll burn calories, but you’ll barely notice because it’s so much fun.
- The crowd is supportive and super chill - everyone’s just hyping each other up.
What’s On Offer
- My Zumba dance workout is the main event. International tracks, catchy steps, and everyone leaves pumped.
- We sometimes switch it up with Pound (drumstick workout) sessions, so get ready to feel like a rockstar.
- Bollywood dance fitness is a must in my mix - classic desi (Indian) beats, full energy, and a bit of filmy drama.
