In our studio sessions, we focus on the fine details of each asana. This seated spinal twist, Ardha Matsyendrasana, is excellent for improving digestion and increasing spinal mobility. I ensure you find the right depth for your body.
Using a wall is a wonderful way to build confidence and find stability in inversions. Here, I demonstrate a supported headstand, a technique I often use with clients to help them safely experience the benefits of being upside down.
This is a wall-assisted handstand, another progressive step in building strength for inversions. My coaching method involves breaking down complex poses into manageable steps, making them accessible and safe for you to explore.
Here, I am using the wall to deepen Ustrasana (Camel Pose). This modification provides support while allowing for a greater opening in the chest and shoulders, showing how we can use our environment to enhance our practice.

- Virtual Sessions: Great for routine building and breathing techniques. We use Zoom or Google Meet to work on your schedule.
- In-Person & Home Visits: For those who prefer hands-on guidance. I visit your space to assess your environment, check your form, and conduct deep-dive therapeutic sessions.
