Personalized guidance is at the core of my teaching. In this video, I am assisting a student to safely deepen her pose, ensuring correct alignment to prevent injury and maximize benefits. This hands-on approach helps you progress with confidence.

This is a glimpse from one of our evening yoga sessions. I am observing my students as they practice different variations of Chakrasana (Wheel Pose), ensuring everyone is supported. My goal is to create a space where everyone can challenge themselves safely.
Partner yoga is a wonderful way to explore poses differently. Here, I am guiding two students through a synchronized stretching sequence, helping them use each other's support to achieve a deeper stretch and build a stronger connection.

I do not just watch from the front of the room. Whether we are doing a complex stretch or a simple forward fold, I physically check your alignment and support your movement. This is not about 'getting it right' instantly. It is about making sure your body feels safe, stable, and comfortable in every pose we practice together.
Yoga is not about performing the perfect pose, it is about finding the pose that fits your unique body. Many people come to me fearing injury or struggling with chronic pain, wondering if they can even participate. That is where my hands-on guidance makes the difference.
I use my understanding of Naturopathy and Nadi Pariksha (pulse reading) to understand your internal constitution before we even touch a yoga mat. In our small group sessions in Sector 40, Noida, or during private classes, I spend time physically adjusting your posture. If you are struggling with a deep stretch, I offer support to help you move further without strain. If you have mobility issues, we modify the Hatha Yoga asanas so you get the benefits without the pain. This is not a fast-paced fitness class where you get lost in the crowd. It is a slow, steady, and supervised path to healing, whether you are 7 or 70. We focus on therapeutic yoga that respects your limits today while helping you improve for tomorrow.
