Yoga Coaching and Holistic Wellness
Experience the Yognaman path: a blend of mindful movement, conscious breathing, and everyday wellness for a better version of you.
As a coach, my role is to listen to your body and offer support where it's needed. Here, I am assisting with Chakrasana (Wheel Pose), ensuring a safe and deep backbend that opens the heart and builds strength. My guidance is always gentle and personalized.
This is Mayurasana (Peacock Pose), an advanced arm balance that requires significant core strength, balance, and focus. It's a powerful demonstration of how consistent practice can train the body and mind to work in complete harmony.
A look inside my Yognaman classes, where we move, breathe, and grow together. This video shows moments from both personal coaching sessions and group practices, held both indoors and outside in nature. Every class is a shared journey.
Meditation is the foundation of Yognaman. Here, I am in Padmasana (Lotus Pose) by the water, connecting with my breath and the stillness of nature. This practice is about finding the calm center within you, no matter the world outside.
Your wellness journey includes what you put on your plate. A simple breakfast of Poha, or flattened rice with vegetables, is a perfect example of Indian diet wellness. It's light, probiotic-rich, and provides steady energy for your day.
Greeting the day with Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) is a powerful ritual. This sequence warms up the entire body, linking breath to movement as the sun rises. It’s a beautiful way to start the day with intention and gratitude.
The journey to Sirsasana (Headstand) is a lesson in patience and perspective. This variation, performed in the studio, challenges balance and control. Inversions like this improve circulation and bring a renewed sense of clarity to the mind.
Don't forget to breathe. This is the most fundamental tool I teach for managing stress and finding peace in any moment. This short guide explains how conscious breathing can calm your nervous system and detoxify your body.
About Featured
I don't just teach poses; I guide you through a 'work-in' that balances your mental and physical state. Whether we are practicing asanas to release deep tension or discussing simple Indian dietary habits to fuel your day, my focus is on helping you hear what your body needs. It is never about how far you can stretch, but how you feel when you step off the mat.
The Yognaman Philosophy
I created the term Yognaman to describe my path. 'Yog' is the discipline to train our consciousness, and 'Naman' is a humble greeting from the soul. This is not just about fitness; it is about building a life where you feel steady from the inside out.
What to Expect
My coaching style blends movement and stillness. We do not skip the basics, so we always begin with a warm-up, like Surya Namaskar, to prepare your joints and muscles. From there, we move into asanas for strength and flexibility, and always conclude with meditation to ensure you leave with genuine calm.
Wellness Beyond the Mat
I believe the food you eat and your daily rhythm are just as important as your asana practice. In our sessions, we often talk about simple, nourishing Indian meals like poha or chana for sustained energy. We also work on:
- Pranayama: Breathing techniques like belly breathing to help you manage stress anywhere.
- Routine Architecture: Looking at your day to find small, actionable pauses.
- Emotional Release: Using restorative postures to help you process tension you might be carrying.
Whether you are a beginner looking to start a new routine or someone dealing with burnout, I am here to help you get steady.
Yognaman
I believe movement is a conversation with yourself. My practice, Yognaman, is about finding peace through disciplined asanas, pranayama, and honest self-care, whether you are looking for stress relief or a consistent fitness routine.
