Group Yoga Classes in Gurugram
Our group classes are a space to learn, support, and grow together. Whether you are a beginner or a regular practitioner, you will find a dedicated community in Sector 57 working to deepen their practice through intention and alignment.
Yoga is for everyone. This collage shows the diversity of our community, from young children learning to meditate to seniors building strength and flexibility. Everyone is welcome on this path.
At Arogyam Vardan, we bring together the traditions of Tantra and Yoga to help you unlock energy and reconnect with your essence. Our classes are more than just stretching; they are a journey of self-realization.
A moment of shared stillness and intention at the start of class. Yoga unites body, mind, and soul, and practicing in a group amplifies this sense of connection and inner peace.
The journey of yoga begins with discipline of the *sharir* (body). From asana to pranayama, the practice slowly transforms our mind, character, and outlook. Everyone is welcome to start this journey, regardless of age or flexibility.
Yoga is not about self-improvement, it's about self-acceptance. In our classes, we create a supportive environment where you can meet yourself exactly as you are and grow from a place of awareness, not judgment.
Yoga for the mind and body. Our classes are designed to improve your strength, balance, and stability, all while connecting you with a supportive and encouraging community.
"Yoga is a mirror to look at ourselves from within." This clip shows the focused energy of a group class, where each individual is on their own journey, yet supported by the collective presence of the group.
Celebrating International Yoga Day outdoors. Here, our community practices Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose) together on the grass, connecting with nature and each other.
An outdoor session of Vrksasana (Tree Pose). Practicing together in nature enhances our sense of balance and grounding, reminding us that we are all part of one earth, one health.
A moment of rest in Savasana under the open sky. After our practice, we take time to absorb the benefits, letting the body and mind find complete relaxation.
About Our Community in Practice
Real progress happens when you are not isolated in your practice. In our studio, we use props like wall ropes and wooden blocks to make Iyengar-style alignment accessible to everyone, regardless of your current flexibility level. You will find a mix of people here—from children to seniors—all working with intention to improve their posture, reduce chronic pain, and build lasting stability, rather than just performing generic fitness movements.
Yoga can be an internal journey, but practicing in a group creates an energy that is difficult to replicate alone. My classes at our Sushant Lok studio are designed to bridge that gap. We focus on the principles behind every movement, ensuring that when we practice together, you are not just following a flow; you are understanding the biomechanics of your own body.
Why We Use Props
We use wooden blocks, chairs, and wall ropes specifically to remove the fear of injury. If you have chronic stiffness or are recovering from an injury, these tools act as teachers, helping you find the correct alignment without straining your muscles or joints. They are not shortcuts; they are essential for long-term safe practice.
The Community Vibe
We do not focus on competition or who can touch their toes first. Whether we are inside the studio or practicing outdoors on International Yoga Day, the goal is always 'chetna' (consciousness). You will see students of all ages here because the practice is adapted to the practitioner, not the other way around.
If you are looking for a space in Sector 57 where you can show up exactly as you are—whether you are dealing with desk-job stiffness or just seeking mental clarity—this community is here to welcome you. We look at the root causes of imbalance, so you walk out of the class feeling more stable than when you walked in.
Arogyam Vardan
I am Gyan, and I started this studio because I saw too many people treating yoga like a gym workout, missing the real potential for healing. Here, we teach you how to use props to understand your own body, so you can stop forcing poses and start finding balance.
